Motherhood is tiring!

And let’s face it; there are some times when you’re having a bad day and you just want to wave the white flag of surrender. Then sing the song “Bad Day” by Daniel Powter

“Cause you had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around

You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride

You had a bad day
The camera don't lie
You're coming back down and you really don't mind

You had a bad day, You had a bad day”

Yes, we all know that time passes by super-fast and that these moments with your kids won’t return.

But I also know that there are times when, you and I and most of the moms in the world just want a break and need a BOOST of positive ENERGY just to carry on!

Don’t you?

Here are 10 More Ways to bring Good Vibes back when you’re feeling worn out or seem to forget how to be a “Happy Mom”.

11. Laugh and Smile

Anything that brings you joy will help increase your vibrational frequency.

12. Show Gratitude

You can make neuro-biological changes with a shift in your focus on gratitude. Start with the basics of being alive, having at least one friend, etc.

13. Meditate

Meditation has been shown to increase your vibrational frequency while calming the mind so you’re in a heightened state of consciousness.

14. Stop Complaining and Gossiping

Are the things you are talking about bringing you more of what you want or taking you down a path that lowers your vibrational frequency instead?

15. Practice Yoga

Yoga means “union” and helps to connect the body and mind to raise your vibrational frequency.

16. Hug Someone

Human contact has been show to significantly raise vibrational frequency while also healing and soothing.

17. Get a Massage

Again, human contact is a fast and effective way to increase vibrational frequency.

18. Breathe

Bringing in this basic force of life and flooding the body with oxygen is a great way to increase vibrational frequency.

19. Sing

Whether it’s in the shower or a crowd of hundreds, singing is a great way to bring in new energy and increase your vibrational frequency.

20. Love

Love is the single most powerful thing you can do to raise your vibrational frequency quickly and for long periods of time.

Remember Mommy Bad Days don't define us!

The bad days are simply part of our Motherhood story and they’re not the whole story.

So after singing the “Bad Day” song just turn up your “Good Vibes Only” and sing the song

“Carry On” by Fun

“If you're lost and alone
Or you're sinking like a stone.
Carry on.

May your past be the sound
Of your feet upon the ground.
Carry on.Carry on, carry on!”
