You don’t have time to workout…
You don’t want to go to the gym…
You don’t have a trainer…
You don’t have exercise equipment… and the list goes on…
But, you DO have cute work out clothes that you always buy at the first of the year when you set your resolution to go to the gym and work out more.
But guess what? You don’t even need those…
All you need for this workout are your tennis shoes and a sidewalk or any place were you can walk. You only need a short distance too! You will see why this workout is so quick and easy to start, requiring only 20 minutes to burn fat for the rest of the 23 hours and 40 minutes of your day!

The movie will be out on November 8th, so get ready for a sweet old fashion love story that you can actually watch in front of your kids. Don’t you appreciate that about Hallmark movies? And you can also “check out” Brandon’s fit body (insert clearing throat noise here) solely for proof that burst training really works. I’ll be watching EXTRA carefully with you too 😉
Just like those Hallmark Hall of Fame movies make you want to go and buy a card for someone right away, my video workout will make you want to go and exercise right away. Because after you burst train, you will still be burning fat while you sit on the couch and watch Brandon’s movie!
