We have tasted most of the recipes already and we can tell you that they were delicious and there were even times when I had to make the recipes over again because our kids snuck the smoothies right out of our hands!

Below is the recipe for you to try at home. If you need some ingredients, read how to “Buy your healthy ingredients without going broke!“
All Day Energy Raw Chocolate Recipe
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 1 tbl coconut butter
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Put everything in a food processor and blend until thick.
- Remove the blend from the food processor and shape into squares.
- Makes six to eight 2×2 squares.
Note: the better quality, organic, raw, local ingredients the healthier and more health and energy beneficial this recipe will be.
