It's Family Friday and we have a Family of Friendly (Banana) Ghosts to introduce you to!
I have been busy in the kitchen doing some R&D making huge messes experimenting back and forth on recipes, just over-complicating things and as a byproduct our kids are coming up with great recipes that are so simple, it's genius!
Real Food just speaks for itself and when kids get exposed to real food, and are allowed to express themselves through playing and creating real food recipes, things like Family Friendly Banana Ghosts are created.
Give your kids a chance in the kitchen with real food and see what they create. Sometimes, you can learn so much from your kids, like I did with this recipe.
Ella, our daughter, was making an after-school snack and she created this “SPOOKtacular” recipe. So easy and fun your kids are going to love making them, and you will appreciate getting in the spirit of Halloween without all of the sugar!
2 Healthy Ingredients, 1 Superfood
This recipe has 2 healthy real food ingredients and 1 of them is even a SUPERFOOD!
