Because you just can’t give up your go-to morning cereal!

You are so dependent on your cereal because it is quick and easy to make every morning.  The kids can even make their own breakfast!  And, let’s admit, you even have cereal as a quick dinner sometimes because you are just too tired to cook and you want to watch your calories and lose weight fast.

The bonus is that you can feed this to your whole family and the kids can even make it themselves!  You can even eat it in the car if you have to.  A Cup and spoon is all you need!  Here’s a picture of how I packed it to go for lunch using an Innate Stainless steel container with silicone lid and an insulated Klean Kanteen to keep the milk cold.

Time Saving Tip: Pre-mix the dry ingredients and save them in a large mason jar so that you just have to pour it out in the morning!

Blueberry morning (Cereal)

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds, pre-soaked (I used walnuts in mine)
  • 2 tbsp ground hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp dried shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Directions:

  • Prepare nut milk and pour over top of the berries and other ingredients.  You can also use almond or coconut milk as well.
  • Makes 1 Serving
