The American Psychological Association “Stress in America” 2012 survey reported the percentage of people that believe the below behaviors are very important to achieve good health:

- 35% are doing very good at eating healthy
- 33% are doing very good at being active
That means that almost 2/3 of Americans are NOT doing what is needed to be healthy!
