Does it feel like you need superpowers to get your family to eat healthier?

I hear you!

Don’t you always feel like you’re the good guy and you’re always trying to fight against the bad guy…SUGAR?

Isn’t sugar your family’s kryptonite?

Sugar is so sneaky, so tempting and it’s EVERYWHERE that you feel like you need superpowers to fight off sugar in order to protect your family.

We will be talking more about where this bad guy, sugar, hides and how it sabotages you and your family’s diet in upcoming articles.  For now, just know that sugar hides in places like whole grain cereals, salads, and all natural fruit juices that you think are healthy.  But in reality, this “bad guy” sneaks into your diet and keeps your kids hyperactive and keeps you from being able to lose weight.  Darn that sneaky bad guy!

One minute, sugar is your friend, like Lex Luther was to Superman, looking so irresistable and tasting so deliciously sweet and then, the next minute, BAM! It hits your blood stream and plots your destruction making you tired, sick and overweight.

How can you, a regular human, become Bulletproof and fight off the bad guys and the kryptonite out of your diet?  It can be simple.  And you can do it just like Superman because…

Superman is human too!

We all know that Superman is faster than a speeding bullet.  But in real life, he’s a human too, just like you and me.

We caught up with Brandon Routh, who plays Superman in the movie Superman Returns, at the Bulletproof Biohacking Conference where he was honing his Bulletproof skills.

Brandon shared with us his regular human power, not superpower, on how he helps his family eat healthier.   Brandon is such a super guy and a super family man that he was happy to share his personal Bulletproof secret in order to help your family get healthier fast.

You know Brandon helps save the world as Superman in the movies, but in his real life, roles are reversed at home.

In our exclusive interview with Brandon, he shared how his wife, Courtney Ford (also a Hollywood Actor), keeps the family disaster-safe while he keeps the family Bulletproof by preparing healthy food.  Watch and be sure to post any questions or comments below:

Even though you think you need superpowers to keep your family healthy, you’ll see from this interview that it’s as simple as “being prepared”.  Watch the video and note how Brandon’s son has been eating Superfoods since he began eating solid foods.  Comment below and share what Superfoods your kids eat.

Thank you to this SuperFamily, Brandon Routh and Courtney Ford, who shared with you their top family health secret to help the future health of children!
