For now, just know that sugar hides in places like whole grain cereals, salads, and all natural fruit juices that you think are healthy. But in reality, this “bad guy” sneaks into your diet and keeps your kids hyperactive and keeps you from being able to lose weight. Darn that sneaky bad guy!
One minute, sugar is your friend, like Lex Luther was to Superman, looking so irresistable and tasting so deliciously sweet and then, the next minute, BAM! It hits your blood stream and plots your destruction making you tired, sick and overweight.
